Privacy & cookies

What we collect
Account details. When you create an account we store the name, email address and password you provide. Bosses also store a business name and, if entered, business email, phone and address.
Timesheet data. Hours, jobs, rates and approval statuses entered by you and your team.
Usage and advertising data. If cookies are allowed for you, we (and Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) collect information about the pages you visit on this site, such as page addresses and when pages are opened. We use this to measure how well our advertising performs and to improve our ads.
Advertising cookies and your choice
We use Meta's pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement. In regions where the law requires it — for example the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — we ask before these cookies are used, and nothing is shared until you accept.
You can change your choice at any time: use the button on this page or the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. If you decline or withdraw, we stop sharing page-visit information for advertising with Meta from that point on.
You can also block cookies or advertising in your browser settings, or opt out of Meta's use of information in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
Payments
Nexly Timesheets never processes payments to workers — payroll is handled by your business outside Nexly. Subscription payments for the Nexly service itself are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored in our cloud database and is visible only to your business. Workers can see their own timesheets; bosses can see their business's data. We don't sell your data.
